wear shoes that have non-rubber soles

women should wear shoes with a heel at a height they are comfortable with

men should wear shoes that do NOT have a pointed toe

OR men may choose to wear only socks the first few classes (women will thank you!)

wear comfortable clothes

be clean and smell good
